摘要 目的:探讨贝那普利对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血管内皮舒张功能的影响。方法:将2008年1月~2009年10月我院收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者286例随机分为两组,常规治疗组146例采用常规治疗,贝那普利组140例采用常规治疗联合贝那普利治疗,观察两组的疗效及肱动脉流量介导性舒张(FMD)值。结果:两组治疗前FMD比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后FMD比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利对改善血管内皮舒张功能有着良好的临床效果,并且应用方便,副作用小,促进慢性充血性心力衰竭患者疾病的康复,改善患者的生活质量。 Objective: To study the influenle of Benazepril on vascular endothelial dilatation function of chronic congestive heart failure patients. Methods: From January 2008 to October 2009 in our hospital, 286 cases of chronic congestive heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups, 146 cases of conventional treatment group with conventional therapy; 140 patients of Benazepfil group with conventional combined Benazepril, the efficacy and flow-mediated dilation (FMD) of two groups were observed. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in FMD of two groups (P〉0.05). After treatment, there were significant difference in FMD of two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Benazepril has good clinical results on vascular endothelial dilatation function, and application convenience, less side effect, it can promote the convalescence of chronic congestive heart failure patients, improve the life quality of patients.
