对持续不卧床腹膜透析患者实施门诊回访式健康教育的体会

Experience of health education with follow-up call on out-patient treatment compliance in patients who received continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis

目的:总结护士对持续不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者进行门诊回访式健康教育的体会。方法:对本院腹透中心的CAPD患者进行门诊回访式健康教育,并随机抽取50例进行问卷调查分析。结果:患者依从性提高,并发症的发生率降低,对护士专科知识和技术的满意度较高。结论:健康教育有利于提高腹膜透析患者治疗的依从性,减少并发症的发生率,提升对专职腹膜透析护士的专科知识和技术的满意度。

Objective： To Summary the health education experience of follow-up call on out-patient treatment compliance in patients who received continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis （CAPD）. Methods： CAPD patients of our hospital received clinic visit health education, and 50 cases were conducted random survey. Results： Patient compliance improved, the incidence of complications reduced and to nurses, satisfaction about specialist knowledge and skills improved. Conclusion： Health education can improve treatment compliance in peritoneal dialysis patients,reduce complications and increase specialist knowledge and technology satisfaction about the peritoneal dialysis nurse on full-time.
