血液流变学检查分析600例高粘滞血症清栓酶的疗效

HEMORHEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS FOR 600 CASES OF BLOOD HYPERVISCOSITY SYNDROME AFTER THE TREATMENT OF QINGSHAUNMEI

本文对本院1988年以来门诊及住院病人进行中风预测2500例,对CT诊断脑血栓阴性,而血液流变学指标超过55％,血三脂指标有1～2项明显增高600例高粘滞血症患者,使用蛇毒制剂清栓酶治疗,取得良好疗效,证明该药具有较强的降粘、解聚和抗凝的作用。

Qingshaunmei is a preparation of enzyme which is extracted from snake venom, and has been used in clinic for treating cerebralthrombosis in recent years. It has an ideal effect. Blood hypervlscosity is a syndrome resulting from increased blood viscosity which can cause physiological and pathological changes in hemorrheology. It has much to do with thrombotic disorders. To clarify the effect of Qingshaunmei for treating cerebral thrombosis and blood hyperviscosity syndrome, we have done strokeprediction for 2500 cases(including out-patients)since 1988. Of them, 600 patients were treated With Qingshaunmei, who had been diagnosed by CT negative, but hemorrheological indcxes were over 55%, and had 1～2 items much higher than normal in bloodfat, the effect Was ideal. This proves that Qingshaunmei has a good reducing blood viscosity and platelet aggregation and anticoaguation effect.
