摘要
首先介绍了磨机的运行特性和其在磨矿系统中的作用。其次针对磨机负荷较难测量的特点,阐述了传统的检测磨机振动和磨机噪音方法的不足,设计了采用规则推理(RBR)和统计过程控制(SPC)技术为主要技术的磨机智能监控系统。本系统通过对磨机过负荷的智能监控模块,控制器自主监督,自动修改控制回路的设定值,并通过控制回路的输出跟踪修改设定值,从而达到使磨机负荷逐渐远离过负荷状态的目的。
This paper describes the mill's operating characteristics and its use in grinding the role of the system.Second,for the mill more difficult to measure the characteristics of load to explain the traditional testing method of mill vibration and noise of less than mill designed using rule-based reasoning(RBR) and statistical process control(SPC) technology as the main technology mill intelligent monitoring system.The system overload through the mill intelligent monitoring module,controller self-supervision,automatic control loop settings changes,and through the control loop to track changes in the output settings,so as to achieve to make mill load is moving away from overload the purpose of the state.
