This thesis gives a detailed introduction of a pithy formula,which applied to memo-rized the technical data of aluminium twisted wire and steel cored aluminium,such as resis-tance,inductance,constitution of line core,with the help of experience coefficient.It also analy-ses the origin of the pithy formula and experience coefficient,and presents the physical prospect accordingly.Moreover,it sums the pithy formula up by putting the electric theory into practical operation,which would useful in design,installation,circulation and maintenance used for twisted wire rapidly and accurately.
