摘要
首先介绍了按组合梁理论进行回采巷道顶锚杆支护设计中存在的问题,对回采巷道顶板进行受力分析,在考虑煤岩层倾角的情况下推导出组合梁厚度新的理论计算公式。其次,对巷道跨度进行了详细的分析,并给予明确的界定。最后,对锚杆的锚固长度进行分析,严格区分了锚杆的理论锚固长度和实际锚固长度,并给出了各自的理论计算公式,明确指出在锚杆长度设计中所指的锚杆锚固长度其实应该是锚杆的实际锚固长度。以上问题是煤矿企业在回采巷道顶锚杆支护设计中长期存在的现象,文章对其进行明确界定及补充完善,对现场锚杆支护设计具有十分重要的意义和理论参考价值。
Fitst,the problems which exist in the design of the roadway roof support are analzed based on the beam theory.The force of the roadway roof is analyzed.The new theoretical formula of the beam thickness is derived in considering the case of coal strata dip.Second,the roadway spain is analyzed in detail.Finaly,the anchorage lenth ia analyzed.It is strictly distinguish between the theoretical length and the actual length,and their own theoretical formula is pointed out.It is propsed that the anchorage length meant in design is the actual anchorage length.
