摘要
华北煤炭医学院数字化服务质量管理平台是基于ITIL方法理念进行设计的,为不同的用户提供符合用户需求的个性化高质量数字化服务。本文结合该校数字化服务现状,对建设数字化服务质量管理平台进行需求分析、设计分析,阐述了服务质量管理平台的总体框架,将ITIL理念融合进该校数字化建设中的具体应用,也为数字化服务水平的提高提供了新的思路。
The digital management platform of service quality in North China Coal Medical University is designed based on the theory of ITIL,which can provide high quality and personal digital service for different users.This article analyses the designs and the construction of digital management platform of service quality according to the current situation,and further shows the general framework of the digital management of service quality,that is,to apply ITIL to digital construction in the university and provide new idea for promoting digital service.
