Development of Slagging Agent for Water-based Paint

水性漆在含漆废水处理过程中存在着漆渣分散、含水量高、回收率低以及循环水泡沫大等弊病。针对于水性漆的上述特点,阐述了水性漆油漆絮凝的机理,并基于这一理论,介绍了造渣剂配方的形成过程,产品性能的评价方法。

In waste water containing paint treatment process,water-based paint there are ills that are paint residue dispersed,high water content,low recycling rate as well as with big bubble in recycled water and etc.For the above-mentioned characteristics in water-based paint,this paper describes the mechanism of flocculation of water-based paints.Based on this theory,describes the process of slagging agent formulations,product performance evaluation method.
