抗病毒口服液中挥发油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的稳定性考察

Study on the Preparation and Stability of Volatile Oils HP-β-CD Inclusion Complex of Kangbingdu Oral Solution

采用饱和水溶液法制备挥发油包合物,并以挥发油含量为测定指标,考察抗病毒口服液中挥发油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的稳定性。结果在光、热、湿等因素影响下,包合物中挥发油的含量没有明显变化,挥发性实验结果表明,包合物的热失重百分率比混合物小。即该包合物的稳定性明显优于单纯挥发油。

Inclusion complex of volatile oils of Kangbingdu oral solution with 2-hydropropyl-β-cy-clodextrin（HP-β-CD） was prepared by a saturated water solution method and its stability was tested by determining the content of inner volatile oils included in the complex.Under different conditions such as light,heat and humidity,the content of volatile oils in inclusion complex had no obvious change.In the volatility test,the inclusion complex had less weight loss than that of the mixture of oil and HP-β-CD.That is,the prepared inclusion complex has superior stability than that of the oils without inclusion.
