摘要
医学模式的转变与医学新目的的形成,对继续医学教育提出了新的要求。继续医学教育应该从满足各级医护人员、医务工作者"职业生涯要求"的应然目的,上升到对人类个体"生命人文关怀"的实然境界。在后医学时代,继续医学教育除了跟上医学发展趋势,补充和更新医学新知识、新技术、新方法的教育外,更应强化及引入医学新理念的教育,使广大医护人员、医务工作者成为新型的医务工作者。
The Shift of medical pattern and the forming of new medical goals have proposed new demands for continuing medical education.The continuing education must rise from the goals of meeting the work-life require-ments of medical staff at all levels to the practical stage of human solicitude for life.In the post medicine era,the continuing medical education,besides following up with the medical development trend and supplementing and up-dating the education of new knowledge and technology and methods,should consolidate and import the education of new medical philosophy to help the medical staff become the new medical workers.
