摘要
传统的医学教育只注重学生的智力培养,而忽视情商培养。因此,临床教师和实习学生均应改变观念,在医学生的临床实习过程中注重情商培养,以提高实习学生的自我认识能力和人际交往能力,增强主观能动性和挫折承受能力,发扬团结协作精神,使他们成为一名合格的医师。
Traditional medical education only focuses on training students in intellectual,but neglecting their EQ.Therefore,clinical teachers and internal doctors should change the conception,and pay attention to cultivating EQ in the clinical practice of medical students.It could improve the ability of self-awareness and the interpersonal communication skills,enhance the subjective initiative and fight against setbacks,and form the spirit of unity and cooperation.And then they will become qualified physicians.
