评判性思维培养教学法在外科护理教学查房中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨外科护理学教学查房中应用评判性思维培养教学法对培养学生评判性思维、提高学生综合能力及教学满意度等方面的影响。方法200名在外科实习的护理专业学生分为传统教学组(102名)和评判性思维培养教学组(98名),进行外科护理查房教学,最后对有关10项指标进行评定。结果评判性思维培养教学组在详细了解病情、有效收集资料、查阅相关文献、发挥主观能动性、理论联系实际、提高思维能力、提高分析解决问题能力、融合相关基础知识、掌握专科知识、提高语言表达能力等方面与传统教学组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理教学查房中,评判性思维培养教学法在培养学生评判性思维、提高学生综合能力及教学满意度等方面优于传统教学法。 Objective:To explore the teaching effects on students' critical thinking ability,the improvement of the students' integral ability and teaching satisfaction by applying the method of critical thinking training to the clinical rounds of surgery nursing teaching.Methods:During the period of the clinical rounds of surgery nursing teaching in our college students,the critical thinking training method and the traditional teaching method were ap-plied and the 10 relevant index was compared.Results:There were significant differences between the two teach-ing methods(all P 0.0 1) in full understanding of pathogenesis condition,efficiency for collecting data,looking up correlated documents,connecting theory with practice,arousing the students' motility,raining the students' thinking capability,improving the students' capability to solve problems,integrating related basic knowledge,mas-tering special courses and improving the expressing ability.Conclusion:Critical thinking ability training method is better than traditional teaching method on training students' critical thinking ability,improving the students' integral ability and teaching satisfaction.
