基于协调度模型的开发区土地开发效益评价——以浙江省南浔经济开发区为例

Land Development Efficiency Evaluation of Development Zones Based on Coordination Degree Model——Take Nanxun Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province as an Example

本文构建了开发区土地开发效益评价的协调度模型和指标体系,主要选取了与经济效益相关的9个指标进行评价。以浙江省南浔经济开发区为例,本文在运用层次分析法(AHP法)和熵权法分别确定了指标权重基础上,计算出综合权重,对开发区的开发效益进行了评价。最后通过对结果进行分析评价,提出了针对开发区提高土地开发效益的建议。

The paper constructs a coordination degree model and an index system which mainly selects 9 indexes related with economic efficiency for land development efficiency evaluation of development zones. Then taking Nanxun economic development zone of Zhejiang Province as an example, the paper evaluates the development efficiency by using AHP method as well as entropy weight method to determine the index weight. Finally, the paper proposes some suggestions to improve the land development efficiency of development zones through analyzing the evaluation results.
