马匹接受蝮蛇抗原免疫最终死亡的统计报告

The Statistics Report on the Immunifation with Venom of Agkistrodon Halys Antigen in Horses

本文对1984年免疫马中,十六匹致死只接受蝮蛇抗原免疫的马进行了统计分析。结果认为最终因血栓死亡的马和因肝破裂死亡的马一样达到30％左右,比其它各类疾病死亡的总和20％还高,从而提出三个探讨点,蝮蛇毒中是否含有可造成血栓的新成份?是甲醛对类凝血酶的破坏作用造成了马匹的血栓吗?是抗体的产生导致了马匹的血栓吗?

This article reports on the statistics analysis on the sixteen horses which had recieved the immunifalion with venom of A. lialys antigen only before death out of all the immunized horses in 1984-The results showed that the number of the horses which died of thrombofic reached 30%, the same as that of the horses which died of rupture of liver, the rate being higher than that of the total number of the horses that had died of other diseases, which is 20%. So I do like to ask the following three questions: Is there any new component wliich may produces thrombotic in venom of A. halys poison? Is it the distinction of thrombinlike enzyme by Formaldehyde that causes thrombctic in horses? Is it the antibody that leads to the horse thrombotic?
