摘要
针对建立在就业率基础上的就业工作考核方法存在的问题,提出一个更具包容性的高校就业评价体系。该体系允许用一个更长的时间段来考核高校毕业生的就业质量,在对该体系的计算方法及若干需要注意的问题进行初步分析的基础上,对这种方法进行应用分析,以期提高高校毕业生就业质量的考核水平。
Faced with the defects of employment work assessment criteria based on the employment status, this paper proposes a more comprehensive employment work assessment criteria of university. This assessment criteria evaluates the employment quality of college graduates for a long time. The paper analyzes this method and matters that need special attention, and tries to make an analysis of cases by this means in order to improve the assessment of undergraduates' employment quality.
