牡丹江市高校体育教师继续教育现状研究

Current Status of College of Physical Education Teachers Continuing Education Research in Mudanjiang City

采用文献法、调查法、访谈法等方法,对牡丹江高校体育教师继续教育的现状进行系统研究,在此基础上,认真分析牡丹江市高校体育教师参加继续教育的主要途径,参加继续教育的主要目的、内容和态度以及他们在内容、途径上的需求,并提出教师参加继续教育的制约因素和相应的对策。

A systematic research of the current status of university physical education teachers＇ continuing education in Mudanjiang is made by means of literature, survays, interviews and so on. On this basis, a careful analysis of the main channels, purpose, content and attitude and needs of these teachers＇ participating in continuing education is made. This paper also puts forward the constraints and countermeasures.
