有机磷突发性环境污染事件处置实例

摘要 无锡某工程开挖过程中发现不明刺激性气味的液体流出,经专家组确认为有机磷突发性环境污染事件。其有机磷、CODCr质量浓度最高时分别超过GB8978—1996《国家污水综合排放标准》的64倍、3倍。在经过多种小试方案的实验室论证,最终确定了Fenton试剂+氢氧化钙联合处理的方法作为现场处置方案,处理后的废水中有机磷、CODCr质量浓度分别低于0.5,100mg/L,均达到国家污水综合排放标准。 One unidentified irritant odour flow in Wuxi engineering is identified as organophosphorus event of pollution emergencies by expert group.The concentration of organophosphorus and CODCr exceeded 64 times and 3 times standard of National Discharge Standards(GB 8978—1996),respectively.Based on laboratory scale discussion,the method of Fenton-Ca(OH)2 was spot disposal plan.The remaining concentration of organophosphorus and CODCr were below 0.5 mg/L and 100 mg/L,respectively.The quality indexes of the wastewater after treatment conform to the standard of National Discharge Standards.
