论高职法律基础教学的目标定位

On the Teaching Goal of Legal Basis in the Higher Vocational Education

法律基础教学是高职思想政治理论课的重要组成部分,是以增强大学生法制观念,提高大学生法律素质为教学目标的素质教育课程。在法律基础教学工作中,必须坚持课程的德育教育属性,围绕大学生法制观念和法律素质培养的教学目标安排教学。应避免将法律基础教学与法学专业课程和法律常识课程,以及技能型高职课程的教学目标混淆,要充分重视对教学目标的研究和贯彻,并针对高职学生的特点精心设计课程,以实现国家要求设置法律基础教学内容的目标。

The legal basis teaching, as an important part of ideological and political theory course for higher vocational education system, is a quality educational course with aim to strengthen the concept of legal system and improve the legal quality of college students. During the teaching of legal basis course, we should highlight its moral education attribute ; meanwhile, we need to factor the legal quality education and concept of legal system into our teaching organization. We are supposed to set clear goal for legal basis teaching, avoiding any confusion with the aim of the specialized course of law, the legal general knowledge teaching and the skill course. We need to place great emphasis on the research and execution of objective for legal basis teaching. In addition, we also need consider students＇ feature when we design the course in order to achieve the objective we set.
