摘要
介绍了变排量发动机的基本工作原理,包括工作排量的变化模式、部分控制策略和变排量的控制时序。设计了以XC164CM单片机为核心的变排量发动机控制系统,以及信号输入电路、喷油器控制电路、电源电路和通信接口电路等外围电路。用该单片机和相关电路制作了变排量控制器样品,实车道路试验结果表明,变排量控制器达到了良好的节油效果。
The working principles of variable displacement engine (VDE) are presented, including the variation pattern of displacement, some control strategies and the control time sequence for variable displacement. The control system of VDE with single-chip microcomputer XC164CM as its core component, as well as its peripheral electric circuits are designed, covering circuits for signal input, fuel injector control, power source and communication interface etc. The prototype of variable displacement controller is made with XC164CM and related circuits. The results of real vehicle test show that the variable displacement controller designed has good fuel saving effects.
