摘要
用离子交换层析和凝胶过滤法从东北白眉蝮蛇毒中分离出一种具有较强的细胞毒活性的蛋白质。这种蛋白质对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用元选择性,但各种肿瘤细胞的敏感性有一定差别。对正常人体细胞也有一定的细胞毒性作用,与肿瘤细胞相比,敏感性较低。这种蛋白质加热到56℃,30分钟,细胞毒活性稳定。4℃及-20℃保存4个月,细胞毒活性稳定。PH值低于4及高于9时,可使其完全失活。
A high actlve cytotoxic component, was separated from the venom of Agkistrodom halys Brevicaudus steineyer by the means of DEAE A50 Ionexchange and sephadex-G200 Gei chromagraphy. The component can kill some turnout cells In vitro non-specificity, but their were differences between the sensibility of tUrnout cells. It can also destroyed normal cell in vitro, but compared with the tumour cells, sensibility of normal cell was lower. When hoted-up 56℃ for 30. minutes or restored at 4℃ and 20℃ respectively for 4 months, the component remained activity and in the conditiom of PH<4 or PH>9, entirely inactived.
