摘要
目的研究水通道蛋白-1(aquaporin1,AQP1)、Caspase-3(Cysteinyl aspartate - specific protease 3)与羊水过少的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例羊水过少组胎膜组织中AQPl、Caspase一3的表达,并半定量其表达强度。另选20例羊水正常组作为对照。结果免疫组化显示AQP1、Caspase-3在两组胎膜中均有阳性表达。在胎膜中随着羊水量的减少其表达量相应下调,且具有显著性.差异(P〈0.05)。且胎膜上AQP1和Caspase-3表达强度之间亦成正相关。结论AQP1和Caspase-3与羊水量异常有关,细胞凋亡的降低和AQP1的减少可能对羊水过少的发生起一定的促进作用。
Objective To study their effects on the oligohydramnios associated with aquaporin 1 (AQP1)and Caspaso - 3 on the human fetal membranes. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was employed for detection the expressiotas and intensity of AQP1 and Caspase - 3 on the human fetal membranes in 20 eases of oligohydramnios and 20 eases of normal term pregnan- cy. Results By means of immunohistoehemieal technique there were significant difference in the intensity of AQP1 and Caspase - 3 expression levels on the fetal membranes, decreasing of araniotie fluid volume may down - regulate expression levels of AQP1 and Caspase - 3 ( P 〈 0.05). Expression levels of AQP1 and Caspase - 3 were relevant to amniotie fluid volume. There were also positive correlation between AQP1 and Caspase - 3. Conclusion The down - regulations of AQP1 and Caspase - 3 on the fetal membranes may play an important role in the amniotie fluid transport.
