自制纳米粒中环孢素A含量的测定

摘要 目的测定自制纳米粒中环孢素A的含量。方法采用phenomenex C18色谱柱,以乙腈:甲醇:水=80:10:10为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长210nm,柱温为70℃,进样20μl。结果环孢素A在1.027—102.7μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.640%(n=3),平均RSD为0.838%。结论本法操作简单,准确,重复性好,可作为自制纳米粒含量控制的方法。
