腹腔镜治疗不孕症术后尿管留置时间的探讨

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗不孕症术后尿管留置时间,最大限度的提高患者的舒适度,减轻其痛苦。方法将收治的不孕症手术患者288例分为两组,单号病例为实验组,双号病例为对照组进行观察,单号病例实行麻醉后导尿,术毕麻醉未清醒前即拔除尿管,双号病例则术前置入尿管,术毕6h拔出尿管。结果实验组病例无一例出现排尿困难,对照组虽只有一例拔管困难,但多感觉尿痛及排尿困难。结论对照组和实验组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不孕症手术患者的最佳尿管置入时间可延至麻醉诱导后进行,最佳拔管时间可提前至术毕麻醉清醒前进行。

Objective study laparoscopic treatment of infertility after surgery Catheter retention time,make the patient feel comfortable and alleviate their suffering.Methods I divided 288 cases of Infertility surgery patients in our institution to 2 groups,odd number is experimental group,Even number is contrast group.We observe them,odd number after anesthesia,we pull out the catheter after surgery completed and before the patient wake up.Even number insert catheter before surgery,we pull out the catheter in six hours after the surgery completed.Results no patient of experimental group feel hard to urinate.One patient of contrast group hard to pull out catheter,most patients of contrast group feel hard to urinate.Conclusion there are significantly different between experimental group and contrast group.By x^2 analysis,The value of p is 0.05.The best time of insert catheter can delay to after anesthesia induce,the best time of pull out catheter can be advanced to after surgery and before the patient wake up.
