心尖肥厚型心肌病的心电图特征与超声诊断

目的探讨心尖肥厚型心肌病的心电图特点及心脏超声诊断标准。方法对30例心尖肥厚型心肌病的常规12导联心电图及超声心动图进行分析。结果患者V3～V5导联R波电压增高、ST段压低,均表现为V4>V5>V3,T波对称性倒置,呈Tv4>Tv5>Tv3。超声心动图的心尖部心肌厚度为18～35mm,平均20.88mm。结论常规心电图显示胸导联R波电压增高伴ST—T特征性改变,要高度考虑心尖肥厚性心肌病。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of electrocardiogram and its diagnosis standard of electrocardiography in patients with apical hyperotrophic cardiomyopathy.Methods 12-leads electrocardiograms and electrocardiography were analyzed in 30 patients with apical hyperotrophic cardiomyopathy.Results Amplitude of R-wave was increased and ST-segent was depressed in V3～V5 leads showed V4〉V5〉V3.Depth of symmetry negative T-wave was Tv4〉Tv5〉Tv3.The apical thickness of electrocardiographyi is 18～35mm,averaging 20.88mm.Conclusion Increase of R-wave amplitude with specific ST-T changes in precordial leads may indicate presence of apical hyperotrophic cardiomyopathy.
