低分子肝素联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察被引量：3

摘要目的探讨低分子肝素联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择92例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,观察两组治疗前后患者空腹血脂的变化及观察心绞痛发作次数和心电图的改变。结果治疗组治疗后检测血脂水平与对照组相对比下降幅度有显著性差异(P<0.05),临床症状明显改善,有效率明显高于对照组。结论低分子肝素联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛,疗效肯定,安全,优于常规治疗心绞痛方法。
