益气活血通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的观察益气活血通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,对照组给予肌注维生素B1、甲钴胺等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药益气活血通痹汤组方治疗,两组连续用药30d,观察糖尿病周围神经病变患者感觉及运动神经的传导速度、临床症状的变化。结果治疗组及对照组的临床症状在治疗前后均有显著性差异,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组及对照组神经传导速度在治疗前后均有显著性差异,但治疗组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论益气活血通痹汤能提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者感觉及运动神经的传导速度、显著改善患者肢体麻木疼痛的临床症状,对糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的疗效。 Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of yiqi huoxue tongbi decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Fifty patients of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups stochastically.The treatment group of twenty-five patients was treated with conventional therapy and yiqi huoxue tongbi decoction,the control group was treated with conventional therapy only.The two groups applied drugs continuously for thirty days,then observed the conduction velocity of all patients'sensory and motor nerves and clinical symptoms before and after the therapy.Results Symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of treatment group and control group had been improved respectively(P〈0.05),and the treatment group was superior to control group in clinic symptoms.Conclusion Yiqi huoxue tongbi decoction can improve conduction velocity of sensory and motor nerves,symptoms of anesthesia and pain of limbs of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy,and have sure effect on diabetes peripheral neuropathy.
