摘要
对海洋钢结构建造中最常见的支管在主管上开孔的结构进行深入分析研究。利用空间解析几何及高等代数中相应的理论,推导了支管在主管开孔的放样、展开数学模型。最后在熟悉和掌握Auto CAD二次开发工具VBA的基础上,编制软件,进而取代手工放样和展开,显著减少了工作量,达到了提高工作效率及精度的研究目的,并为其它形式开孔技术的研究奠定了基础。
The most common Hole structure, by which branch pipe intersects into mother pipe, in marine steel structure fabrication is analyzed. By using the theory of analytic space geometry and advanced algebra, the loft and expansion mathematical model of hole structure is derived. Finally, based on the secondary development tools of Auto CAD VBA, a software is made and replaces the course of manual loft and expansion. That has significantly reduced the workload and reached the goals of efficiency and accuracy, as well as has laid a foundation for the research on other forms of hole structure.
