摘要
离心泵因其性能范围广泛,流量均匀、结构简单、运装可靠、对故障的相对低的敏感性和维修方便等诸多优点,在海上石油领域得到了广泛应用。但是因离心泵对汽蚀的敏感,使得在输送高温介质或入口压力较低的工况下出现很大困难。针对汽蚀产生的原因列举了一系列解决措施,并对其中的立式筒袋泵进行了详尽描述。
The centrifugal pump has been widely used in offshore platform because of its wide performance range, flow uniformity, simple structure, reliable transportation, relatively low sensitivity on the failure, easy maintenance and many other advantages. However, due to the sensitivity of Centrifugal Pump on NPSR, how to setect suitable pumps becomes very difficult, when pumping heat transmission medium or operating at low inlet pressure condition. In this paper, a series of solutions for NPSH is listed and the vertical barrel centrifugal pump is described in detail.
