摘要
给10日龄试验肉鸡口服3周黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1),观察AFB1对试验肉鸡血液生化指标的影响,并研究中药与硒对AFB1的颉颃效应。结果显示,在给药后各个时期,AFB1均对试验鸡血液生化指标有一定影响(P<0.05)。而在试验时期基础日粮中分别添加的中药与硒,都具有颉颃AFB1对肉鸡血液生化指标总蛋白、白蛋白、丙氨酸转移酶、葡萄糖、总胆固醇指标作用的功效(P<0.05)。
Broilers were fed orally with aflatoxin B1 （AFBI）for 3 weeks to observe the effect of AFBI on broilers blood biochemical indicators,and to research the antagonistic effect of selenite and Chinese herbal medicine. The results showed that AFB1 had an effect on broilers blood biochemical indicators（P〈0.05）. But selenite and Chinese herbal medicine had an rivalry effect on broilers blood biochemical indicator changes including total protein,albumin,alanine aminotrans ferase, glucose and total cholesterol due to AFB1（P〈0.05）.
