构树叶对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为探讨在饲料中添加构树叶对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响,试验将45周龄体况一致的健康海兰灰蛋鸡400只,随机分为5个组,每组4个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ~Ⅳ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%的构树叶,定期采样测定各组鸡的生产性能和蛋品质指数。结果表明,在蛋鸡日粮中添加不同水平的构树叶均可增加蛋重,以2%添加组效果最佳(P<0.05),各试验组对产蛋率有一定的改善,而对采食量和料蛋比无显著性影响(P>0.05);1.5%添加组的蛋黄颜色、蛋壳相对重、蛋壳厚度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),在蛋形指数、蛋黄系数、蛋黄相对重、哈夫单位等指标上1.5%添加组和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示日粮中添加1.5%~2%的构树叶即可提高蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质。 To study the effects of leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera on production performance and egg quality,four hundred 45-week-age Hy-line layers were randomly divided into five groups. Each group was assigned 4 replicates. The contrast group was fed with basal diet, Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ,Ⅳ groups were fed with the basic diets containing 0.5%,1%,1.5%,2% leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera respectly,samples were collected to measure the production performance and egg quality index regularly. The results showed that each group with different levels of leaves could increase the egg weight,2% was the best one(P〈0.05). Each treatment group could improve egglaying rate,but it had no significant effect on feed intake and feed egg ratio. Yolk color,eggshell relative weight,eggshell thickness of 1.5% group was significantly better than that of control group(P〈0.05),but it had no significant effect on egg index,yolk index,yolk relative weight and Haugh unit. It is concluded that adding 1.5% to 2% leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera had good effect on production performance and egg quality.
