摘要
本系统由三菱PLC作为下位机,完成数据采集、状态判别、输出控制等,计算机作为上位机完成采集数据信息的存储、分析处理人机界面的交互以及打印输出等。开发软件采用Visual C++6.0,并使用MSComm控件,利用计算机和PLC各自的特点实现了上位机与PLC的实时通讯。
The system uses Mitsubishi PLC to accomplish data acquisition, status discrimination, export control as sub-system, computer completes collection of data information, processing, interface between human and computer, output of printing. The development of software is Visual C++6.0 and MSComm control. This monitoring system makes full use of characteristics of microcomputer and PLC, and realizes realtime communication between PC and PLC.
