摘要
24点夹紧液压夹具(简称24点夹具),是利用8点来分散单个卡爪作用力,三个爪的夹紧力将分散到24个点来夹紧工件。解决了因制动毂毛坯面圆度不好引起的受力不均问题。
The hydraulic fixture with 24-point clamping （24-point fixture for short） decentralizes single-jaw effort through 8 points, and the clamping force of 3 jaws will be evenly distributed on 24 points to clamp the part. It solves the problems on uneven stress due to bad roundness of brake hub rough surface.
