摘要
通过人工控制光照时间,研究了不同光周期处理对茄子幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:延长光照时间可增加茄子幼苗的株高、茎粗和生长速率,提高其根冠比、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量及过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性,而可溶性蛋白含量降低。延长光照时间不仅能促进幼苗生长,还能通过提高POD和CAT活性来增强抗逆性。
The effects of different photoperiod(L15D9,L18D6,L21D3和L24D0)on the growth of eggplant seeding were studied by artificial controlling illumination time.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,growth rate,R/S ratio,seedling index,chlorophyll content,catalase activity and peroxidase were increased by prolong the illumination time,while the soluble protein content were decreased.It could be concluded that extend the illumination time can not only promote seedling growth,but also by increasing the activity of POD and CAT to enhance resistance.
