春化时间对卷丹珠芽发芽的影响

Effect of Vernalization Time on Germination Rate of Bulbil for Lilium lancifolium Thunb.

以青海4个不同地区卷丹为材料,采用春化处理,以春化时间为指标,研究春化时间对卷丹珠芽发芽率的影响。结果表明:不同春化时间对同一地区卷丹珠芽发芽影响是随着春化时间的增加,卷丹的发芽率和生长势不断下降,即卷丹在45 d左右的发芽率与生长势最好;在同一春化时间下,卷丹在不同地区的发芽率和生长势有较大差异,其中最理想的卷丹品种为门源地区的卷丹。

Taking four different regions of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.in Qinghai as material,using vernalization treatment,the effect of vernalization time on of germination rates of bulbil for Lilium lancifolium Thunb.were studied.The results showed that the effect of different vernalization time on germination in same area with the time increase,the germination rate and growth of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.were declining potential,the germination rate and growth the best potential was about 45 days.Under same vernalization time,the germination rate and growth of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.in different area were larger difference,the best varieties of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.was Menyuan area.
