摘要
研究了不同浓度配比的8-羟基喹啉、柠檬酸、蔗糖、邻苯二酚和CaCl2组成的保鲜剂对切花月季花枝鲜重、花径、瓶插寿命、叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、相对含水量等的影响。结果表明:100 mg/L 8-HQC+0.5%蔗糖+0.2%CaCl2的保鲜剂能够促进月季切花吸水,延迟叶片中叶绿素的分解及细胞质外渗,显著延长月季切花的寿命。
This paper studied the effect of different vase water(8-HQ,citric acid,sucrose,catechol and CaCl2)on cut Rosa chinensis by measuring fresh weight,flower diameter,vase life,chlorophyll content,membrane leakage and the relative water content of leaves and flowers.The results indicated that vase water,including 100 mg/L 8-HQC+0.5%sucrose+0.2%CaCl2,delayed vase life of cut rose by promoting water absorption,delaying chlorophyll reduction,retarding cytoplasm leakage.
