利用石膏晶须改善工业包装纸品质的研究

A study on improving the quality of industrial wrapping paper with gypsum whiskers

利用石膏晶须优良的理化特性以及纸页增强功能,将其应用于传统不加填的工业包装纸以取得品质的改善,并对石膏晶须增强机理进行了初步探讨。研究证明:石膏晶须可改善工业包装纸强度性能,其效果与常用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺增强剂接近,加填量为50%时纸页性能仍满足国家相关质量标准;其纸张强度明显优于碳酸钙、滑石粉等传统造纸填料的,且石膏晶须对施胶后的纸页仍具有增强作用;石膏晶须留着率低于传统造纸填料。

With the use of excellent physical and chemical properties and strengthening function,gypsum whisker was applied to traditional non-filling industrial wrapping paper to achieve quality improvement;its strengthening mechanism was discussed.The results show that gypsum whiskers can improve the industrial wrapping paper strength properties with the improving effect close to common cationic polyacrylamide.Paper properties still meet the relevant requirements of the national standards when gypsum whisker addition is 50%.The strengthening effect is better than calcium carbonate and talcum powder,the gypsum whisker has still the strengthening effects on sizing paper,gypsum whisker retention rate is lower than that of traditional paper filler.
