摘要 探讨了聚乙烯胺PVAm作为湿部添加剂对浆料Zeta电位、滤水、留着等湿部性能的影响,并与湿部阳离子淀粉的使用进行了比较,并进行了PVAm取代阳离子淀粉作为纸张增干强剂的中试应用。研究结果显示:PVAm用量越大,对湿部系统提供的正电荷越多,辅助留着效果越好,在浆料Zeta电位不发生逆转的前提下,PAVm用量越多,浆料滤水效果改善越明显;PVAm可以在文化纸中取代阳离子淀粉的使用。使用PVAm替代阳离子淀粉除具有成本优势外,在不影响纸张其它指标的前提下,还可以显著降低纸张横向收缩率。 Polyvinyl amine (PVAm) was applied as a paper wet-end additive.The wet-end properties,such as the Zeta potential,drainage,retention were discussed and compared with cationic starch.The pilot test of PVAm substituting for cationic starch was carried out.The results show that the more the PVAm dosage,the higher the positive charge and retention rate,and the drainage of pulp is much better when the Zata potential of pulp keeps negative.The papermaking cost can be reduced when PVAm is used to substitute for cationic starch,and the shrinkage rate in CD can be reduced obviously with the other paper properties keeping constant.
