黄芪注射液对冠心病合并血脂异常28例疗效观察

:目的:观察黄芪注射液对冠心病合并血脂异常患者的临床疗效。方法:对56例冠心病伴有血脂异常的患者随机分成两组,每组各28例。结果:黄芪对降低胆固醇(TC)有显著疗效,差异显著(P<0.01),对甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪对冠心病血脂异常患者不仅能降脂还能改善临床症状,且无副作用,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore effect of astragalus treat on coronary artery disease complicated dyslipidemia. Methods 56 cases were randomly divided into the research group and the control group, each group had 28cases. The control group treated with nitroglycerin, the nitroglycerin and astragalus were used on the research group. The level of serum total triglyceridem （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, high-density lipoprotein （HDL） and low-density lipoprotein（LDL） were measured in patients of two groups.Results Compare with the control group, TC had significanly decreased（P〈0.01 ）, TG , HDL and LDL had different degrees of improvement（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The astragalus has good effect on treat- ment on coronary artery disease complicated dyslipidemia, it may be lipid-lowering ,improved clinical symptoms and no side effects.
