对企业多元化经营的思考

面对市场经济，企业多元化经营并没有象人们原来预期的那样获取稳定收益和分散经营风险，反而将诸多经营风险集于一身，如无法形成有效的规模经济、技术创新能力弱、决策失误增加等。鉴于国内已有不少企业涉足多元化经营，在对策方面可考虑。一是从事这种经营的企业必须具备规避风险的基本条件；二是根据企业涉足多元化经营的程度，将多元化经营企业分类。

A stable earnings and risks of decentralization weren' t gained through the enterprise diversification as they were expected, on the contrary, many risks are now being seen, such as inefficienteconomics of scale, fale technology invention and fault decisions. In view of many enterprise diverslflcatlons in our country, some counter measures should be taken: First, some basic terms of evadillg risks should be had for the entcrl,rises who run this business. Second, multiple enterprisesshould be classified on the degree of enterprise diversification.
