摘要
目的:评估酒精所致精神障碍患者的生活质量情况。方法:采用WHOQOL-BREF(世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表)对102例患者进行测评,同时选204例健康人做1:2配对分析。结果:WHOQOL-BREF的总评分、生理领域分、心理领域分均明显下降,与对照组相比,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:酒精所致精神障碍患者的生活质量明显下降。
Objective：To evaluate the quality of life in alcoholic psychic disturbance（APD） patients.Methods：100 APD patients and 204 healthy subjects were evaluated by WHOQOL-Bref.Results：Compared with the eontrols,APD patients＇ total scores of WHOQOL-BREF,PHYS and PSYCH scores decreased obviously（P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion：The quality of life decrease obviously in APD patients
