摘要
南水北调中线一期工程陶岔至鲁山段穿越平原河流区,需架设渡槽作为输水建筑物。由于渡槽架线长、设计流量大,且工程质量及耐久性要求高,经多方案多种结构型式优化比选,设计推荐澧河渡槽型式采取简支矩形开口箱梁截面的预应力结构,槽墩型式采用钢筋混凝土空心墩结构。在施工工艺和架设方案上,针对所跨越宽漫滩河流的地形条件,经多方案比选,推荐采用节段拼装箱梁并用造桥机吊装的施工方案,并对预制阶段施加预应力的程序和施工工艺,作了较详细的阐述。
Taocha-Lushan section of Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion crosses plain area,and the construction of aqueduct is needed for water conveyance.In aqueduct design over Lihe River,for its long span,large design discharge and high requirement of engineering quality and durability,through comparison and optimization of schemes and types,the design of simply-support prestressed structure with rectangular open box-beam cross-section and the reinforced concrete hollow structure for pier are adopted.According to terrain condition of wide flood plain,sectioned assembling box-beam and bridge fabrication machine are chosen for construction.The procedure and construction technology for applying prestress of structure in precast stage are described in detail.
