摘要
制备了两种不对称二苯醚配体六氟磷酸茂铁盐阳离子光引发剂,分别为[环戊二烯-铁-对甲氧基二苯醚]六氟磷酸盐(Fc-OE)和[环戊二烯-铁-对氯二苯醚]六氟磷酸盐(Fc-ClE)。研究了紫外-可见吸收光谱,发现新合成的茂铁盐在300nm以上均有由d-d*跃迁产生的吸收且延伸到550nm,使其适用于可见光引发。通过荧光发射光谱研究,发现与Fc-ClE相比,Fc-OE有较强的荧光发射。通过近红外检测,考察了两种茂铁盐在可见光源下对环氧树脂E44的光引发活性,发现Fc-ClE的光引发活性高于Fc-OE。
Two asymmetric aromatic ethers complexes of cyclopentadienyliron hexafluorophosphate were prepared,which are p-methoxyl diphenylether complex of cyclopentadienyliron hexafluorophosphate(Fc-OE) and p-chloro diphenylether complex of cyclopentadienyliron hexafluorophosphate(Fc-ClE). The UV-vis absorption of two ferrocenium salts revealed that they could be used for photo-initiator with light above 300—550 nm because of d-d* transition of the complexes. The fluorescence spectra showed that Fc-OE had stronger emission than that of Fc-ClE. The photo-initiation abilities in photo-polymerizing the diglycidyl ether of the bisphenol-A epoxy (E44) oligomer using a halogen lamp were evaluated by near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. The results show that the photo-initiation ability of Fc-ClE with the electron-withdrawing chloride atom is better than that of Fc-OE.
