Evaluation and inspiration of food safety in world low-income developing countries

在世界经济危机还没有发生之前,世界低收入发展中国家的粮食安全形势就已经越来越令人担忧。当前经济危机对世界农业未来发展的全部影响尚不确定,然而可以肯定的是这些国家的粮食安全形势预计将进一步恶化。反思世界上粮食不安全国家的惨痛教训,中国应当强化对粮食安全性的认识,强化国内粮食安全网建设,强化对"三农"的扶持力度,并且强化和完善长远的国际粮食合作战略,以进一步促进中国粮食安全和保持社会稳定。

Before the world economical crisis, food security situations in low-income developing countries had become more and more worried. At present, the total effects of current economic crisis on the future development of world agriculture haven＇t been determined yet. However, one thing is certain： the food security situation in these countries will getting worsen. Rethinking the painful lessons taught by the countries with unsecure food situation, China shall strengthen the cognition of food safety, enhance the construction of domestic food security network, intensify the efforts to support agriculture, rural areas and famers and consolidate and promote the long-term international cooperation on food, so as to accelerate China＇s food security and maintain the social stability.
