摘要
以燕麦麸皮为原料,采用超声波辅助提取分离其中的多糖,采用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定多糖的含量。研究超声波功率、超声波时间、液固比、提取次数对多糖得率的影响,通过单因素实验及正交实验确定最佳提取工艺条件:超声波功率720 W、超声时间20 min、液固比19∶1、提取2次。多糖的得率可达5.82%。
Ultrasonic assisted method was applied to extract and separate the polysaccharide from oat bran as raw material, while phenol concentrated sulphuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide. The effects of ultrasonic power, uhrasonic time, ratio of liquid to solid, and extraction times on polysaccha- ride yield were studied. The optimum extraction conditions determined by single-factor experiment and orthogonal test were as following: ultrasonic power 720 W, ultrasonic time 20 min, ratio of liquid 1o solid 19 : 1 and extraction times 2. The yield of polysaccharide could reach up to 5.82 %.
