Effects of wheat gluten zymolyte on the growth performance and immune visceral organs of mouses

研究了谷朊粉酶解物对小鼠生长性能和免疫脏器的影响。结果表明:谷朊粉酶解物对小鼠有明显的促生长作用,可提高营养物质消化率,同时能显著提高正常小鼠的免疫脏器指数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,且添加谷朊粉酶解物750 mg/(kg饲粮)时对提高小鼠的生长性能和免疫脏器指数效果最佳。

The effects of wheat gluten zymolyte on the growth performance and immune visceral organs of mouses were studied. As seen from the results, wheat gluten had significant promotion effect on mouse growth, which could promote the digestion rate of nutrients, increase the indicators of the immune visceral organs of the normal mouse and enhance the phagocytosis capacity of macrophages in abdominal cavity. As seen, when the additive amount of wheat gluten zymolyte was 750 mg/kg feed, the effects of growth performance promotion and the indicators of the immune visceral organs increasing of mouse were the best.
