A Study on Chinese Rural Human Capital Supply and Rural Economic Devlepment

人力资本是现代经济发展中最重要的影响因素之一。我国农村经济的发展长期滞后于城市经济的发展,一个重要的原因就是农村人力资本供给与农村经济发展对人力资本需求之间存在较大缺口。要推动农村经济的良性发展,就应加大对农村教育和培训的投入,增加农村人力资本的有效供给。

Human capital is one of the most important factors of influencing cconomic development.Rural economic development in China lags behind that of city for a long time,one of the most important reasons is the gap between demand of rural economic development and human capital supply.To make rural economy develop well,we must give more investment to rural education and training,add human capital effective supply to rural area.
