针刺配合胃复春治疗胃黏膜不典型增生疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Weifuchun Tablets in Treating Atypical Hyperplasia of Gastric Mucosa

目的了解胃黏膜不典型增生组织诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达水平,并观察针刺与胃复春综合治疗效果。方法将42例经胃镜病理学检查证实为中重度胃黏膜不典型增生的患者在治疗前采用S-P免疫组化法检测胃黏膜组织上iNOS的表达水平,于针刺联合胃复春口服治疗3个月后复查。结果与治疗前相比,iNOS在黏膜组织上的表达明显下降(P<0.01);HP转阴率有明显变化。结论 iNOS在胃黏膜不典型增生的过程中起了重要作用,针刺配合胃复春治疗对胃黏膜不典型增生者有明显保护作用。

Objective To know the level of inducible nitric oxide synthase（iNOS） expression in atypical hyperplasic gastric mucosa and investigate the effect of combined treatment with acupuncture and Weifuchun tablets.Methods The level of inducible nitric oxide synthase（iNOS） expression in gastric mucosa was examined by S-P immunohistochemical method before treatment and reexamined after 3 months’ combined treatment with acupuncture and Weifuchun tablets in 42 patients with moderate or severe atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa diagnosed by gastroscopic biopsy.Results Mucosal iNOS expression decreased significantly compared with before treatment（P0.01）.The biopsy showed that atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa was markedly reduced.Conclusion Treatment with acupuncture plus Weifuchun tablets has a marked protecting effect against atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa.
