摘要
为研究紫花苜蓿在广州地区的引种及适应性,选用紫花苜蓿美国WL525品种在广州进行适应性试验,采用3个不同喷灌量处理,统计发芽率、株高、分枝数、鲜干比、叶茎比、物候期、越夏率、越冬率。试验结果表明,中湿处理的发芽率和株高、分枝数、越冬率和越夏率都是3个处理中最高的,分别为95.30%、55.8cm、20条、98.56%和96.68%。干旱处理的鲜干比和叶茎比在3个处理中最大,分别为23.41%和56.15%;中湿处理的鲜干比和叶茎比次之,分别为24.34%和50.66%。高湿处理除鲜叶含水量指标外,其余的各项指标都是最低的。3种处理下美国WL525紫花苜蓿都能正常生长,4-5月期间中湿、干旱和高湿处理的苜蓿的平均生长速度分别为3.06、2.65cm/d和2.52cm/d。试验表明参试品种可适应当地夏季高温气候条件和土壤条件,在广州地区具有很高的引种价值,其中中湿和干旱喷灌量的美国WL525紫花苜蓿具有较强的适应能力。
The introduction and adaptability of Medicago sativa L.in Guangzhou region were investigated.The adaptability expermient with Medicago sativa L.WL522 varieties in Guangzhou region was conducted by three treatment of spray irrigation volume .The germination rate,plant height,branch number ,the ratio of fresh to dry material weight,the ratio of the stem to leaf,phenological period,over-summering rate and over-wintering rate were analyzed.The result indicated that the germination rate,plant height,branching number.over-summering rate and over-wintering rate of medium spray irrigation volume were highest of all there treatments,were 95.30%,55.8cm,20,98.56% and 96.68%,respectively.The ratio of fresh to dry material weight and the ratio of the stem to leaf by low spray irrigation treatment were 23.41% and 56.15%,higher than that of other two treatments.The ratio of fresh to dry material weight and the ratio of the stem to leaf by medium spray irrigation treatment were 24.34%and 50.66%,respectively.All the indexs at high spray irrigation treatment were lowest except that of water content of green leaves .Medicago sativa L.WL522 were growing regular by the three treatment.The average grown rate of medium spray irrigation volume,low spray irrigation volume and high spray irrigation volume were 3.06 cm/d,2.65 cm/d and 2.52 cm/d from April to May,respectively.The result indicated that Medicago sativa L.WL522 varieties were suitable for temperature and soil in Guanzhou,and shown great adaptability by medium spray irrigation and low spray irrigation treatments.
