摘要 通过单因素试验和正交试验对微波辅助提取山黄皮叶中黄酮类化合物的工艺条件进行了探讨,研究了微波处理时间、微波功率、溶剂浓度及料液比对黄酮类化合物提取的影响;并对微波辅助提取法和常规提取法的效果进行了比较。结果表明,山黄皮叶中黄酮类化合物的微波辅助提取的最佳条件为:微波处理时间60s、微波功率240W、乙醇的体积分数70%、料液比1∶35(g/mL),在此条件下山黄皮叶中黄酮类化合物含量为3.90%,常规提取法黄酮类化合物含量为3.40%。说明微波提取效果优于常规提取法。 The technological condition of microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids were investigated by the single factor and orthogonal experiments.The influence of microwave treatment time on the extraction ,microwave power,solvent concentration and solidto-liquid ratio were studied,and comparison was made between convenctional extraction and microwave-assisted extraction.The restults showed that,the optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were as follows : microwave extraction time 60 s,microwave power 240 W,alcohol concentration 70% and solid-to-liquid ratio 1:35 .The concent of flavoniods from the leeves of Clusena indica was 3.90% with microwave-assisted extraction and 3.40% with convention method.The microwave-assisted extraction was superior to the convention method.
