省级经济开发区土地集约利用潜力分析——以广州市花都区为例

Analysis of land intensive utility potential of province-level economic development zone——A case for Huadu district in Guangzhou city

开发区土地集约利用潜力分析对于城市发展将具有重要的理论和现实意义。通过对开发区土地集约利用的扩展潜力、结构潜力、强度潜力、管理潜力和开发区尚可供应地年数的测算和分析,开发区土地集约利用潜力主要表现在集约利用强度潜力上,尚可供应土地只能满足开发区1.67年发展的土地需求。结果表明,开发区土地集约利用潜力有限,扩区需求较强烈。

Analysis of land intensive utility potential is of great significance for urban development zone.We measured and calculated the expansion potential,the potential of the structure,strength potential,management potential of land intensive utility of urban development and the years for land exploiting.It was found that the land intensive utility potential was mainly represented by its strength potential and there was only 1.67 years left for land exploiting in urban development zone.The results showed that the land utility intensive potential of Huadu district was limited,and the requirement of zone expansion was strong.
